• Jeder, der den Panel-Kanal sieht, kann ein RC öffnen. Die Rollen im Editor sind die Rennleitungs-Rollen – nicht die Rollen der Fahrer, die melden.
• Wer melden darf, regelst du in Discord über die Berechtigungen des Panel-Kanals: Wer ihn nicht sieht, kann nicht klicken.
• Neue Rollen können zunächst weder schließen noch übernehmen. Hake „Race Controls schließen“ und „Race Controls claimen“ an.
• Die eingetragenen Rollen werden beim Öffnen erwähnt – solange „Moderatoren beim Öffnen erwähnen“ in Schritt 2 an ist (Standard).
• Auch Server-Besitzer und Admins brauchen eine eingetragene Rolle mit den passenden Haken, um RCs per Button zu schließen oder zu übernehmen.

• Anyone who can see the panel channel can open an RC. The roles in the editor are the steward roles – not the roles of the drivers who report.
• Who may report is controlled in Discord with the permissions of the panel channel: whoever cannot see it cannot click.
• New roles can neither close nor claim at first. Tick “Close Race Controls” and “Claim Race Controls”.
• The roles you add are mentioned when an RC is opened – as long as “Mention moderators on open” is on in step 2 (the default).
• Server owners and admins, too, need a role in the panel with the right ticks to close or claim RCs with the buttons.

Die Rennleitungs-Rollen trägst du in Schritt 5 des Panel-Editors ein („Roles Handler“, Bereich „Rollen mit Zugriff“).

1. Klicke auf „Rolle hinzufügen“. Im Dialog kannst du nach Name oder ID suchen. @everyone und von Discord verwaltete Rollen – etwa Bot- oder Booster-Rollen – stehen nicht zur Auswahl.
2. Klicke links auf die Rolle, um ihre Einstellungen zu öffnen.
3. Lege den Zugriff und die Berechtigungen fest (siehe unten).

• Pro Panel sind bis zu 50 Rollen möglich.
• Das ✕ entfernt eine Rolle nach einer Rückfrage.
• Wurde eine Rolle in Discord gelöscht, markiert der Editor sie rot mit „Rolle existiert in Discord nicht mehr“. Entferne sie, sonst lässt sich das Panel nicht speichern.

You add the steward roles in step 5 of the panel editor (“Roles Handler”, area “Roles with Access”).

1. Click “Add Role”. In the dialog you can search by name or ID (the search field is labelled in German, “Rolle suchen…”). @everyone and roles managed by Discord – such as bot or booster roles – are not offered.
2. Click the role on the left to open its settings.
3. Set the access and the permissions (see below).

• Up to 50 roles are possible per panel.
• The ✕ removes a role after a confirmation (currently in German).
• If a role was deleted in Discord, the editor marks it in red with “Role no longer exists in Discord”. Remove it, otherwise the panel cannot be saved.

Hier legst du fest, für welche Fälle eine Rolle zuständig ist:

• Alle Interaktionen (Standard): Die Rolle sieht alle RCs dieses Panels.
• Spezifische Interaktionen: Die Rolle sieht nur RCs, die über die angehakten Buttons oder Optionen geöffnet wurden. Beispiel: Die Rennleitung ist für „🚨 Vorfall melden“ und „❓ Frage an die Rennleitung“ zuständig, der Berufungsausschuss nur für „⚖️ Strafe anfechten“.

Das gilt für alles, was die Rolle betrifft: Nur zuständige Rollen bekommen Zugang zum Kanal, werden beim Öffnen erwähnt und können das RC schließen oder übernehmen.

This decides which cases a role is responsible for:

• All Interactions (default): the role sees all RCs of this panel.
• Specific Interactions: the role only sees RCs that were opened with the ticked buttons or options. Example: the stewards handle “🚨 Report incident” and “❓ Ask race control”, the appeals committee only “⚖️ Appeal a penalty”.

This applies to everything that concerns the role: only responsible roles get access to the channel, are mentioned when the RC is opened and can close or claim it.

Ist in Schritt 2 „Moderatoren beim Öffnen erwähnen“ an (Standard), beginnt die Willkommensnachricht mit einer Erwähnung jeder Rolle aus Schritt 5, die für die geklickte Interaktion zuständig ist. Alle Mitglieder dieser Rollen bekommen eine Benachrichtigung.

• Maßgeblich ist der Zugriff, nicht die Haken bei den Berechtigungen: Auch eine Rolle ohne „Race Controls schließen“ wird erwähnt, wenn sie für die Interaktion zuständig ist.
• Mit „Spezifische Interaktionen“ steuerst du, wer wofür gepingt wird – etwa der Berufungsausschuss nur bei Einsprüchen.
• Rollen, die es in Discord nicht mehr gibt, lässt der Bot aus.
• Der Schalter gilt für das ganze Panel. Einzelne Rollen vom Ping ausnehmen, ihnen aber den Zugang lassen, geht nicht.

If “Mention moderators on open” is on in step 2 (the default), the welcome message starts with a mention of every role from step 5 that is responsible for the clicked interaction. All members of these roles get a notification.

• Access is what counts, not the permission ticks: a role without “Close Race Controls” is still mentioned if it is responsible for the interaction.
• With “Specific Interactions” you control who gets pinged for what – for example the appeals committee only for appeals.
• Roles that no longer exist in Discord are skipped.
• The switch applies to the whole panel. You cannot exclude individual roles from the ping while keeping their access.

Wann Rechte gelten

• Der Zugang zum Kanal wird beim Öffnen des RCs festgelegt. Spätere Änderungen an den Rollen im Panel ändern bestehende RC-Kanäle nicht. Musst du einen offenen Kanal anpassen, geht das von Hand in Discord.
• Schließen und Übernehmen prüft der Bot im Moment des Klicks – mit den aktuellen Einstellungen des Panels. Entfernst du eine Rolle aus dem Panel, sehen ihre Mitglieder offene RCs also weiter, können sie aber nicht mehr schließen.

When permissions apply

• Access to the channel is set when the RC is opened. Later changes to the roles in the panel do not change existing RC channels. If you need to adjust an open channel, do it by hand in Discord.
• Closing and claiming are checked at the moment of the click – against the panel's current settings. So if you remove a role from the panel, its members still see open RCs but can no longer close them.

• Die Seiten eines Servers im Dashboard – Race Control, Panel-Editor und Transcripts – öffnen nur der Server-Besitzer und Mitglieder mit der Discord-Berechtigung „Administrator“.
• „Server verwalten“ oder andere Moderationsrechte reichen nicht. Rennleitungs-Rollen bekommen über Race Control keinen Dashboard-Zugang.
• Hast du Rechte in Discord gerade erst geändert, kann es bis zu fünf Minuten dauern, bis das Dashboard sie erkennt.

• A server's pages in the dashboard – race control, panel editor and transcripts – can only be opened by the server owner and members with the Discord permission “Administrator”.
• “Manage Server” or other moderation rights are not enough. Steward roles do not get dashboard access through race control.
• If you have just changed permissions in Discord, it can take up to five minutes until the dashboard picks them up.
