| ❌ You've reached the maximum of … open tickets. | The member already has as many open (including claimed) tickets in this panel as the ticket limit allows. | Close open tickets with the button. Ticket channels deleted by hand still count – in that case raise the limit in step 2 or switch it off for a while. |
| ❌ This ticket panel no longer exists. | The panel was deleted but its old message is still in the channel – or it was deleted while the form was open. | Delete the old message in Discord and create a new panel if needed. |
| ❌ No ticket panels configured. | There is no panel on the server any more. | Create a panel and delete the old message. |
| ❌ You don't have permission to close this ticket. | No role in the panel with “Close Tickets” (or the role is not responsible for this ticket because of “Specific Interactions”). For the creator: “Creator can close ticket” is off. | Add the role or set the tick in step 5, or switch the option on in step 2. |
| ❌ You don't have permission to claim tickets. | No role in the panel with “Claim Tickets”. | Tick “Claim Tickets” in step 5. |
| ❌ This ticket has already been claimed. | Someone has already claimed the ticket. | Nothing to do – a claim cannot be released. |
| ❌ Panel not found. | The ticket belongs to a deleted panel. Its buttons no longer work. | Delete the channel by hand (without a transcript then). Save the conversation first if you need it. |
| “This interaction failed” (from Discord) | The bot did not answer: it is offline or restarting, the select menu belongs to a deleted panel, or Discord rejected the form. With a welcome message of the “Components” type this also happens when claiming. | Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, check the panel and save it again in step 6. |
| “… is thinking …” and then nothing happens | The ticket channel could not be created: the bot lacks “Administrator”, the category is full (50 channels) or the server has reached Discord's channel limit. | Check the bot's permissions, clean up old channels or use a second category with its own panel. |
| ⚠️ The bot could not upload … Temporary link, expires after about 24 h | A file from the form is larger than the server's upload limit. | Download the file in time. The limit depends on the boost level (10/50/100 MB). |

| Fehler beim Speichern: Panel channel is required | Für ein neues Panel ist kein Panel-Kanal gewählt. Wähle ihn in Schritt 2. |
| Discord-Validierungsfehler (Code …) |
| These roles no longer exist on this server: …
| Session expired. Please log in again. | Deine Anmeldung ist abgelaufen. Melde dich neu an. |
| Beim „View“ eines Transcripts erscheint {"error":"Transcript not found"} | Die Datei fehlt, oder der Ticket-Kanal wurde von Hand mit Umlauten, Leerzeichen oder Emojis umbenannt. |

|---|---|
| Fehler beim Speichern: Missing Permissions | The bot may not post in the panel channel. Check that it has “Administrator” and that no channel permission locks it out. |
| Fehler beim Speichern: Panel channel is required | No panel channel is chosen for a new panel. Pick it in step 2. |
| Discord-Validierungsfehler (Code …) | Discord rejected the panel message, for example because of a button text that is too long (over 80 characters), an invalid image address or too much text. Shorten the texts and check the addresses. |
| These roles no longer exist on this server: … | Step 5 contains a role that was deleted in Discord. Remove the role marked in red. |
| Access denied: admin permissions required | You do not have the Discord permission “Administrator” on this server. |
| Session expired. Please log in again. | Your login has expired. Log in again. |
| “View” on a transcript shows {"error":"Transcript not found"} | The file is missing, or the ticket channel was renamed by hand with umlauts, spaces or emojis. |
Delete the old message in Discord, open the panel in the editor and click “Save Panel” in step 6. The bot posts the message again. To move the panel to another channel, pick the new channel in step 2 and save – the old message is removed.
Changes only apply after “Save Panel” in step 6. Tickets that are already open keep their welcome message; new settings apply from the next ticket on.
Only in Discord: right-click the ticket channel → “Edit Channel” → “Permissions” → add the member or role and allow “View Channel” and “Send Messages”. The “Manage Tickets” permission in the editor currently has no effect.
No. The channel is deleted when the ticket is closed. The conversation stays in the dashboard as a transcript; if needed, the member opens a new ticket.
With the channel permissions of the panel channel in Discord: whoever cannot see the channel cannot click. The roles in the editor only decide who handles the tickets.
Only roles that are added to the panel and have the matching tick may close and claim. Add your admin role in step 5 and tick “Close Tickets” and “Claim Tickets”.
The option “Ping moderator on open” currently has no effect in the ticket system. Team members can set the notification setting of the ticket category to “All Messages” in Discord – then they hear about every new ticket. The log channel also gives an overview.
The bot only allows a–z, 0–9 and the hyphen in channel names; everything else becomes “-”. Only use {option} with plain button texts. Details under Variables for the channel name.
{date} uses UTC. Right after midnight in Central Europe it is still the previous day there.
Discord remembers the last chosen option. To pick it again, the member first has to choose another option or reload Discord (Ctrl + R). Also check the ticket limit.
This happens if you opened the selection menu with the “+” of a container and closed it without choosing anything. Add a component with the “+” and delete it again – or save and reload the page.
Open the Action Row inside the container once with the pencil and click “Apply”. After that the buttons appear as interactions.
No. The ticket system is currently available in every plan without limits: as many panels, tickets and transcripts as you like. Only Discord itself sets limits, such as 50 channels per category or the upload size per boost level.
No. Tickets stay open until someone closes them with “🔒 Close Ticket”.
The channels stay, but their buttons stop working, and the panel's transcripts can no longer be reached in the dashboard. So close all tickets first. More under Deleting a panel.
